The Department provides human and physical resources (space, equipment and IT facilities) to staff and students to enable research, teaching and learning to occur effectively and ensure that the highest health and safety standards are achieved by:
  1. Facilitating the professional development of academic and general staff.
  2. Continuing to develop the Department’s existing space
  3. Continuing to negotiate for extra space.
  4. Ensuring that the Department improves its equipment including replacing existing expensive equipment.
  5. Ensuring that all aspects of the Department’s facilities conform to the highest health and safety standards.
